Bear Tooth Brewing

A Line of Alaskan IPAs

Challenge
How do you craft an IPA that embodies the untamed spirit of Alaska? How do you capture the raw beauty of the Last Frontier while offering something truly unique to the craft beer market?

Insight
Alaska’s wilderness is unmatched, covering 33 million acres of protected land and teeming with wildlife. The Sitka spruce, native to the region, is more than just a tree. It is a historical lifeline, rich in Vitamin C and steeped in tradition. While spruce tip beers exist, they remain largely confined to Alaska.

Answer
Creating a line of six distinct spruce tip IPAs. By blending the rugged essence of the state with a craft beer that delivers 140% of the daily recommended Vitamin C dose per glass from the native Sitka spruce tree, Bear Tooth offers a beer as bold as the drinkers it was made for.
